Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose faults and execute corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
Install relocate and commission new production equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
HVAC maintenance and repair experience
