The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute corrective repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
Install commission and relocate new or existing manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial maintenance preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills including familiarity with PLCs.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic and power transmission systems.
Commitment to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
Proficiency in welding fabrication or machining
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Certifications in specialized equipment operation (e.g. forklift scissor lift aerial lift)
