The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Install modify and upgrade production machinery and facility infrastructure.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLC-controlled machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and manuals.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems including preventative maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Welding and fabrication experience (e.g. MIG TIG).
Certification in a specialized trade (e.g. HVAC refrigeration).
Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
