Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and machinery.
Install commission and de-commission new and existing production equipment.
Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts utilized accurately.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
Support continuous improvement efforts for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLC diagnostics and basic programming/modifications.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety procedures including LOTO.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Advanced PLC programming and modification experience.
Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication.
Experience with CMMS administration or optimization.
Robotics troubleshooting and repair experience.
HVAC/Refrigeration certification (e.g. EPA 608).
