Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with production management to minimize operational disruption during maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems; PLC troubleshooting.
Proven experience implementing and managing CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to lead mentor and develop a skilled maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with implementing advanced maintenance strategies (e.g. RCM TPM)
Proficiency in advanced CMMS administration and optimization
Experience with automation robotics or advanced control systems
