Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery automation and facility systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience managing maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and vendor relationships.
Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis for continuous improvement.
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with advanced CMMS administration and optimization.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermal imaging).
OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification.
