Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Ensure optimal uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Manage the maintenance budget control costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts inventory.
- Implement and enforce all safety protocols and compliance standards for maintenance operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems including PLCs.
- Proven experience implementing and managing CMMS preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop a skilled maintenance team and manage departmental budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance in industrial settings.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. TPM RCM).
- Experience with advanced automation systems including PLC programming and robotics.
- PMP certification or demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital improvement projects.
- HVAC/R certification or extensive experience managing facility environmental control systems.
