Key Responsibilities

Install maintain and repair industrial electrical systems machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and schematics.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components motors and control systems.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards electrical codes (e.g. NFPA 70E) and company policies.
Calibrate and test electrical instruments sensors and control devices.
Document all maintenance repair and installation activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs HMIs VFDs).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical equipment and machinery.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety standards.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on electrical systems.
Experience with high-voltage systems (480V) and three-phase power.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting
Familiarity with robotic systems maintenance or installation
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Experience with instrumentation and calibration
Advanced training or certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E)
