We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Manistee that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

Install maintain and repair industrial electrical systems machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components to minimize downtime.
Interpret electrical blueprints schematics and technical specifications.
Ensure all electrical work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
Calibrate test and adjust electrical instrumentation and control systems.
Document all maintenance activities repairs and system modifications accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Electrician license or completion of a recognized industrial electrician apprenticeship program.
Proven experience troubleshooting repairing and maintaining industrial control systems PLCs (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens) and motor controls.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety.
Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) servo drives and industrial instrumentation.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming and optimization experience
Robotics electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) commissioning and advanced troubleshooting
Experience with instrumentation and process control systems
