The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot diagnose and repair electrical systems machinery and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components to ensure optimal operation.
Install maintain and repair electrical control systems wiring and lighting systems.
Interpret and work from blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
Calibrate and maintain electrical instruments and process control systems.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and codes including NFPA 70E.
Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI systems.

Recommended Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience troubleshooting repairing and installing industrial electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase.
Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety protocols (e.g. Lockout/Tagout Arc Flash).

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
Industrial network troubleshooting experience (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profibus)
Robotics maintenance or troubleshooting experience
Advanced Arc Flash safety training or certification
