Salary Range: $124000 - $174000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage the annual budgeting process financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Direct cost accounting activities including standard costing inventory valuation and production cost analysis.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial performance identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Manage cash flow working capital and treasury functions.
• Coordinate and manage external audits serving as the primary liaison.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification highly preferred.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience with significant time in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting budgeting forecasting and provide insightful financial analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation migration or significant optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Prior experience in a multi-site or international manufacturing context.
