Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
• Manage cost accounting activities including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audit processes providing necessary documentation and support.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes systems and controls.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting inventory valuation and financial analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong command of GAAP financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation optimization or advanced module configuration (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in treasury management working capital optimization or foreign exchange risk management.
