The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee all cost accounting activities including inventory valuation standard costing and variance analysis.
• Develop implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage cash flow working capital and coordinate external audits.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with a significant portion in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting inventory management and standard costing methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including team management and process improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in ERP system implementation or significant upgrades
