Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Manage the budgeting forecasting and long-range strategic planning processes.
Direct all cost accounting activities including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Analyze financial performance identifying trends variances and areas for operational improvement within manufacturing.
Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow working capital and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.

Recommended Qualifications

7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in cost accounting inventory valuation and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated experience with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to manage financial reporting budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP system implementation optimization or advanced data extraction.
Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for financial reporting and analysis.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles for process improvement and cost reduction.
Demonstrated experience in treasury functions or working capital optimization.
