Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify analyze and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop implement and monitor continuous improvement strategies tools and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen 5S VSM SMED).
• Train mentor and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization fostering employee engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Green Belt minimum with demonstrated progression).
• Proven ability to lead coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt (MBB) certification.
• Experience with financial modeling and cost accounting related to improvement projects.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for complex data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT AI) for process optimization.
