Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA systems.
Troubleshoot maintain and optimize existing automated production equipment and control systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements through automation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems and controls.
Ensure all automation designs and implementations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel on automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal Rockwell Studio 5000) and HMI/SCADA development.
Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB).
Strong understanding of industrial control systems instrumentation and sensor technologies.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP PROFINET Modbus TCP/IP).
Proven ability to troubleshoot optimize and maintain automated manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and machine safeguarding principles.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) integration and programming.
Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for quality inspection or guidance.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration with control systems.
Experience with data analytics platforms or higher-level programming languages (e.g. Python) for custom automation solutions.
