The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement industrial automation systems (e.g. PLCs SCADA HMI robotics).
Program and configure control systems including PLCs servo drives and vision systems.
Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve issues with automated production lines and machinery.
Optimize manufacturing processes through the application of automation robotics and advanced control strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
Ensure all automated systems comply with safety standards quality protocols and operational specifications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems including schematics and operational procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) HMI/SCADA development and industrial control systems.
Experience with industrial robotics servo/motion control and automated material handling systems.
Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP Profinet) and data acquisition methods.
Proven ability in system integration troubleshooting and debugging complex automation machinery.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes lean principles and industrial safety standards (e.g. OSHA ANSI ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced robotics applications (e.g. collaborative robots vision-guided robotics).
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA development and integration.
Proficiency in industrial networking protocols and IT/OT convergence concepts.
Experience with industrial vision systems for quality control or guidance.
