About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying talent and conducting interviews to guiding candidates through the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers understand business needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards referrals social networks and direct search
• Conduct screening calls and interviews in Russian and English
• Manage and support candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive and timely experience
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment tracking system
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Work closely with internal departments to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies
• Contribute ideas for optimizing recruitment processes and employer branding efforts

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Russian plus strong English proficiency
• Experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize multitask and deliver results under deadlines
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms is an advantage
• Proactive mindset and strong interest in people and business
