About the Role

As a Content Moderator youll review and assess online materials including product listings user posts and seller content ensuring they follow company policies and community standards.
Your mission is to help create a safe and seamless experience for both buyers and sellers across the platform.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal and legal guidelines.

Make thoughtful consistent decisions taking cultural and linguistic nuances into account.

Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases when necessary.

Stay informed on policy updates and moderation practices.

Promote a positive respectful and trustworthy online atmosphere for all users.

What Were Looking For

Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) and strong English skills (B2).

EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Portugal.

A minimum of one year of experience in content moderation or a similar role.

Exceptional attention to detail resilience and communication abilities.

A collaborative proactive attitude and a genuine passion for online safety.
