About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance before during or after their trip. Through digital channels youll handle everything from booking questions and itinerary changes to cancellations refunds and general travel concerns ensuring each traveler feels supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via chat email and other online platforms with travel-related requests

  • Assist with reservations for flights hotels car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations

  • Guide travelers on itineraries travel requirements baggage rules and refund processes

  • Handle account-related needs such as profile updates payment questions and loyalty program support

  • Recognize urgent or complex situations (e.g. disruptions missed connections) and escalate when needed

  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide smooth and consistent support

  • Meet quality standards performance goals and response-time KPIs

  • Stay informed on travel policies destination updates tools and service changes to better assist customers

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
