LOCATION: Stevenage OR Portsmouth (60% of your working week must be office based)

TYPE: Full time

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be joining a proactive international team located on multiple sites throughout Europe offering Shop Floor Digital solutions. You can see the tangible difference your role makes as the shop floor and satellites will be onsite

How will you contribute to the team

Support and champion a MES that has thousands of users and is instrumental in Satellites being created. Contribution to delivery and deployment of new projects
Ensure delivered services that meet or exceed agreed customer requirements
Monitor service performance and improvement
Manage the support team that monitors reports and fulfils the SLAs
Manage the maintenance cost allocation together with the business

About you

Experience with ONE MES and interested in learning about DELMIA Apriso MES:

- Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform

- Proficy Smart Factory MES

- Opcenter Execution

- Infor MES

- Tulip Platform

- Solumina MES

- Oracle Cloud Manufacturing

- SAP Manufacturing Execution

- MES Delmia APRISO from Dassault

Deep technical expertise of MES systems and how they interact with Production Quality Warehouse and Maintenance.
Passionate about championing MES to Business Architecture Security Infrastructure
etc.
Enjoys tackling bugs outages and proactively identifying issues before they become fire-fighting issues.
