Role Overview Customer Support
You will support French-speaking users of Facebook handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
Your responsibilities include:

Managing customer interactions via phone email and chat

Providing accurate information troubleshooting support and user guidance

Documenting cases through internal systems
-
Ensuring a positive user experience through clear and empathetic communication
Candidate Requirements
C2 level French
-
B1/B2 English for internal communication
-
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Ability and willingness to relocate

Strong communication problem-solving skills and customer focus

Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
