Job Summary
Join Us as a Young Scrutineer!
Are you passionate about making a difference for children and young people in North Lincolnshire Do you want to help ensure their voices are heard in decisions that affect their lives
Were looking for two enthusiastic Young Scrutineers to join our team and work alongside professionals to improve services and outcomes for children and young people.
As a Young Scrutineer you will:
- Represent the views and experiences of children and young people across North Lincolnshire
- Work with the Local Safeguarding Childrens Board to challenge and influence decision-making
- Help review and scrutinise services to ensure they are child-focused and inclusive
- Participate in meetings consultations and creative projects that promote youth voice
We welcome applications from young people who:
- Must have left school in July 2025
- Should live in North Lincolnshire
- Are passionate about childrens rights safeguarding and making a difference
- Can work respectfully with professionals and peers
- Are reliable committed and willing to learn
No previous experience is needed just your voice your ideas and your commitment to change.
