Key Responsibilities

• Design build andmaintainCI/CD pipelinesto enable rapid and reliable deployment.

• Lead enterprise-level security best practices including:

• DAST(Dynamic Application Security Testing)

• SAST(Static Application Security Testing)

• SCA(Software Composition Analysis)

• Champion the use of AI in engineering workflows mentoring teams in:

• ApplyingAgentic AI coding assistantsfor enterprise development

• Automated testing best practicesand continuous quality improvement

• Architect and develop scalable applications integrating:

• PythonFastAPI and modernAgentic AI frameworks(e.g.CrewAI)

• Reactfor front-end development

• for back-end development

• Databases(SQL/NoSQL) andmessage queue systemsfor robust communication

• Contribute hands-onto resolving complex bugs andoptimizingsystem performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionallywith product teamsoftware engineers data scientistsand external development partners.

Required Qualifications

• 810 years of professional software design and development experience.

• Proven experience building andmaintainingsecure CI/CD pipelines.

• Demonstratedexpertisein DAST SAST and SCA methodologies.

• Strongproficiencyin PythonFastAPI and modern AI frameworks (LLMsCrewAI etc.).

• Expertisein React-based front-end development.

• Experience in back-end development and API design.

• Solid experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues (e.g.RabbitMQ etc.).

• Strong understanding of software testing automation and QA processes.

• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

• Open to work in multiple technologies.

• Can work with minimal supervision.

• Proficientin English.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience in designingbuildingandmaintainingautomated test suites

• Hands-on experience integratingAI/ML models into production software.

• Experience with the major cloud providers (Azure AWS GCPDigitalOcean)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science(minimum)or equivalent.

• 8years of extensive software development experienceat enterprise level.
