Operations
Supervise lifeguard teams including maintaining morale and performance. Manage logistics of rotation and breaks.
Supervise Slide Testing and Pool Cleaning teams.
Perform daily checks of equipment and facility.
Maintain deck presence and act as a point of contact for guest concerns
Training.
Maintain skills and knowledge at an expert level to assist with ongoing training
Risk Management.
Respond to guest or employee incidents. Cooperate with Health & Safety/Security to document and investigate incidents.
Provide First Aid within scope of training and/or escort distressed party to Medical Providers.
Qualifications :
1 year of lifeguard experience
