JOB DETAILS;
- TheSenior Manager Real Estate and Administration (Administration)is responsible for overseeing and managing alladministrative operations strategic initiatives and performance managementwithin theReal Estate and Administration Department.
- The role involves designing and implementingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) optimizingprocess efficiency ensuringcross-functional coordination and aligning administrative functions with theBanks strategic objectives.
- The incumbent will also provideleadership mentorship and performance oversightto drive efficiency innovation and operational excellence across all administrative teams.
Strategic Management & Operations:
- Direct and overseecross-functional teams ensuring alignment with theBanks business objectivesand strategic goals.
- Lead the development and execution ofstrategic initiativesaimed at optimizingadministrative functions process efficiency and business operations.
- Develop and enforceStandard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs)to enhancecompliance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and innovation ensuring seamlessexecution of daily operations.
- Ensureeffective resource allocation and cost-efficiencyacross all administrative functions.
- OverseeManagement Information Systems (MIS) and data analytics infrastructureto supportaccurate reporting business intelligence and informed decision-making.
- Drive the execution ofhigh-priority projects includingsystem integrations operational enhancements and administrative innovations.
- Analyze potentialoperational risks ensuringproactive identification and mitigation strategiesare in place.
- Implementcompliance controlsand ensure adherence tointernal audit recommendations Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforceeffective communication protocolsto aligndepartmental objectives with the Banks strategic vision.
- Oversee the departmentsbudgeting process monitoring financial allocations and addressing deviations proactively.
Performance Management & MIS Oversight:
- Provide leadership andstrategic directiontoReal Estate and Administration teams ensuring ahigh-performance culture.
- Implementperformance management frameworks establishingKPIs and measurable objectivesfor efficiency tracking.
- Monitor and analyzeperformance metricsat bothdepartmental and individual levels ensuringcontinuous improvement and optimization.
- Ensureservice performance aligns with SLAs implementingcorrective measures when necessary.
- CommunicateSLA metrics and performance resultsto key stakeholders promotingtransparency and accountability.
- Overseetraining and development programsfor administrative personnel to enhancecompetence in operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with theService Desk & MIS teamto oversee theService Desk ticketing system ensuring effective issue resolution and operational continuity.
- MonitorIT system implementations vendor engagements and system upgrades ensuring alignment withoperational requirements and business goals.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Providestrategic mentorship and coachingtoteam leads and administrative personnel fostering aculture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Leadchange management initiatives ensuring seamlessadoption of new policies systems and procedures.
- Oversee thetraining performance evaluation and professional developmentof administrative team members ensuring alignment with theirroles and responsibilities.
- Cultivateteam cohesion and engagement encouragingcollaboration innovation and efficiency.
- Buildtrust and accountabilitywithin the team bysetting clear expectations fostering open communication and encouraging professional growth.
- Promote aculture of innovation staying informed onindustry best practices and emerging trendsto drivecontinuous improvements in administrative operations.

Qualifications
- Education:Masters degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is essential.
- Performance Management System Diploma (preferred).
- Six Sigma Diploma (preferred).
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience Required:
- Total Years of Experience:More than 10 years.
- Experience in the Same Field/Department:610 years.
- Experience in the Same Position:610 years.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications(Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
