Job Summary

A high-achieving school in Essex is recruiting a Business ECT to join its strong Social Sciences faculty from January 2026.

Business ECT required from January 2026
Essex school with excellent sixth-form outcomes in Business Studies.
Seeking an enthusiastic ECT keen to teach GCSE and contribute to introductory KS5 units.

You will plan structured lessons support coursework moderation and take part in enterprise activities across the school.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Business-related degree and PGCE/SCITT with QTS.
  • Strong understanding of GCSE Business Studies content.
  • Ability to communicate key concepts in marketing operations and finance.
  • Willingness to grow within a supportive team environment.
