The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead the planning and execution of firm-wide marketing strategies across digital and print channels. This role involves developing practice-specific marketing plans managing digital campaigns creating marketing collateral and overseeing vendor relationships. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations this position plays a key role in shaping the firms growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the firm and specific practice areas
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing efforts including SEO PPC and social media
- Create and edit content for blogs press releases and social platforms
- Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
- Oversee design projects using tools like Illustrator Photoshop and Canva
- Maintain and update the firms WordPress website
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics SEMrush) and content marketing
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of WordPress and experience with marketing analytics
- Previous experience in a law firm environment is an asset
