Tasks
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the companys sourcing needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed sourcing decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide sourcing solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Agent or in a similar procurement role preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to manage sourcing processes efficiently.
