Tasks

We are seeking an Agentic Developer ML Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Bratislava with flexible work-from-home this position you will design develop and deploy machine learning models tailored to client needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems conduct data preprocessing and automate tasks. Additional responsibilities include testing and optimizing ML algorithms addressing technical challenges and staying up to date with advancements in AI technologies.

Requirements

Experience with Agentic programming Agents development using Microsoft technologies or OpenAI

• Proficiency in machine learning technologies models and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong programming skills in Python R and proficiency in using AI/ML libraries
• Experience in data preprocessing feature engineering and maintaining data quality
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and deployment of ML solutions
• Knowledge of algorithm optimization and fine-tuning ML models for enhanced performance
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work within cross-functional teams
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or a related field is required
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment
• Experience working with CRM-based AI solutions and consulting clients is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive innovative approach to technology challenges
