CSOD LMS Consultant

Role Summary The CSOD LMS Consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS for enterprise clients. The role involves deep functional expertise in CSOD along with experience across other LMS platforms such as SABA SuccessFactors and SumTotal. The consultant will work closely with client SMEs participate in integrations testing data validation and ensure successful end-to-end LMS delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Implement configure and provide ongoing support for Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS in client environments.

Interact directly with client SMEs to gather requirements seek clarifications and translate business needs into LMS configurations.

Lead and support CSOD LMS integrations including functional analysis coordination with technical teams and validation activities.

Manage enterprise-wide CSOD implementations including planning configuration rollout and post-go-live support.

Utilize data integration tools like SSIS to support migration validation and data movement activities.

Work across multiple LMS platforms including CSOD SABA SuccessFactors and SumTotal.

Develop and execute test cases identify issues and ensure quality delivery of enhancements or new features.

Perform data validation troubleshoot LMS data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across modules.

Support learning operations reporting needs and overall LMS functionality in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in CSOD implementation configuration and functional support.

Strong understanding of CSOD functionalities modules workflows and best practices (CSOD certification preferred).

Experience in integrations with CSOD LMS and collaboration with technical/integration teams.

Familiarity with LMS platforms like SABA SuccessFactors and SumTotal.

Basic understanding of SSIS data integration tools and LMS data models.

Experience in creating test scripts executing test cycles and identifying defects.

Good knowledge of data validation techniques and LMS reporting.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with client SMEs and stakeholders.
