Job Summary

Job description

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer or this position you will play a key role in implementing configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform driving business process automation and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and deployment.

2. Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident Problem Change Management) ITOM HRSD and others based on business needs.

3. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST SOAP and other relevant technologies.

4. Implement workflows business rules and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.

5. Work closely with IT teams business stakeholders and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.

6. Provide post-implementation support troubleshooting and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes configurations and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.

8. Assist with upgrades patches and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.

9. Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

3. Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts and ITIL framework.

4. Experience with ServiceNow modules in ITSM such as Incident Problem Change and Knowledge management and ITOM such as Event Discovery Service Mapping HRSD and ITAM.

5. Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow Glide scripting. ServiceNow Certification (CSA CAD ITSM) preferred.
