Our client is a consulting cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

• Manage project execution ensuring regulatory compliance and offering strategic financial insights. This position also involves leading a specialized team and working closely with clients to support their operational and financial objectives.
  

• Client Management: Act as the main liaison for clients gain a clear understanding of their operational needs and provide customized solutions across accounting tax and payroll functions.
  

• Accounting Oversight: Supervise the preparation and review of financial reports maintenance of accounting records and month-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and alignment with applicable standards.
  

• Tax Management: Direct tax planning compliance and reporting activities. Ensure all tax submissions are completed correctly and on schedule in accordance with current regulations.
  

• Payroll Administration: Lead the end-to-end payroll process ensuring precision compliance with local requirements and timely resolution of payroll-related matters.
  

• Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of professionals in accounting tax and payroll. Foster skill development and enhance overall team capability.
  

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor updates in accounting tax and payroll legislation and implement necessary changes to maintain full compliance.
  

• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Adopt best practices across all service areas.
  

• Business Development Support: Contribute to proposal preparation client presentations and relationship building efforts to support the growth of the service portfolio.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Leather Technology Quality Management Business Administration or a related discipline.
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a closely related discipline.
  Possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate and/or CPA/APC VN (or equivalent) is an advantage.

• At least 57 years of hands-on experience across accounting tax and payroll functions including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  

• Background in outsourced or professional services environments is preferred.
  

• Solid understanding of VAS and international reporting frameworks such as US GAAP or IFRS along with strong knowledge of tax and payroll regulations.
  

• Advanced analytical capabilities and a strong aptitude for resolving complex issues.
  

• Proficient in using accounting and payroll systems.
  

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and support clients professionally.
  

• High level of integrity attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
  

• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese in written and verbal communication.
  

• Strategic thinking service excellence adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
