Location: Champaign/Urbana IL
Schedule: MondayFriday 5:00 PM 1:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $16/hour with raise potential after 90 days
ESS Clean is hiring a dependable detail-oriented Janitorial Floater/Floor Tech to join our 2nd shift team. This full-time position helps maintain clean safe and professional environments at various client sites across the Champaign/Urbana area.
As a floater each shift will vary. Youll cover open positions help with new accounts and support locations when regular staff are off. Sites include offices banks medical facilities and light industrial buildings.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning: dusting disinfecting sweeping mopping vacuuming and trash removal
- Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
- Use of janitorial equipment (vacuums buffers floor scrubbers carpet extractors)
- Travel between job sites as needed throughout the shift
What Were Looking For:
- Reliable and self-motivated individuals who can work independently
- Strong attendance and work history
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check drug/alcohol screening and physical
