Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our in-house Legal team in delivering high-quality legal guidance and operational support to the business. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial law contract management compliance and various legal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented eager to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic professional environment.
Conduct legal research on corporate commercial competition employment and general business law topics.
Assist in preparing summaries briefs and internal guidance documents under close supervision.
Assist in drafting reviewing formatting and maintaining legal documents and agreements.
Support contract execution workflows and legal records management.
Support day-to-day administrative activities scheduling data entry and coordination with internal stakeholders.
We are looking for
Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Law or related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in both English and a secondary Asian language would be advantageous i.e. Mandarin Bahasa Korean Japanese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Able to commit to a part-time/full-time basis for a minimum of 3-6 months
Familiarity with Copilot or other AI tools
