Were seeking someone to join our Regulatory Control team as a Regulatory Capital Calculation Controller.

B Standard Description of Division and JA Job Family In the Finance division we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management review analysis and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources. This is an Associate level position within the RECRUITER to add standard JA Job Family Description based on Job Profile.

What youll do in the role:
-Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
-Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area tools and/or products
-Adhere to the Firms risk and regulatory standards policies and controls
-Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firms values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
-Execute daily/ monthly / quarterly deliverables related to Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) calculation and analysis in Basel III/IV framework
-Collaborate with other departments globally and locally
-Create ad hoc analysis and data requests for Business Units
-Participate in the execution of complex projects with ownership and autonomy
-Initiate and participate in process improvements automation projects and innovation efforts What youll bring to the role:
-Working knowledge of Finance functional area industry and competitive environment
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and adapt to various audiences
-Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers
-Deep knowledge of financial products & general understanding of regulatory requirements (European & US rule sets)
-Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Collaborative / Team player mindset - ability to work effectively with colleagues to meet a common goal

-At least 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
