Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Identify and prioritize high-potential HCPs and stakeholders through data analysis; deliver positive customer-centric experiences to boost sales performance.
- Engage and Build Relationships: Conduct value-based conversations personalize engagement journeys and foster long-term collaborations with HCPs and key influencers.
- Develop Deep Customer Insights: Gather and share actionable insights leverage data to adjust plans dynamically and translate feedback into value-added actions.
- Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Collaborate cross-functionally to address unmet needs act as a trusted partner and create compliant ethical solutions that enhance patient care.
- Act with Integrity and Compliance: Uphold Novartis Code of Ethics report adverse events within 24 hours and manage marketing sample distribution responsibly.
Minimum Requirements:
- A degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Based or willing to be based in Cairo.
- Experience with both governmental and public sector is desirable.
