Job Description
Position Overview:The FP&A Analyst is a pivotal role within our organization ensuring the successful operation and management of several key functions. This position is responsible for overseeing the complete sales closure processes for Life BPG and LP including the reconciliation between EDW and JDE systems. The role also provides essential support to all leaders with queries related to FADJ and is actively involved in the improvement and automation of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales closure processes for Life BPG and LP.
- Reconcile data between EDW and JDE systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide essential support to leaders with queries related to FADJ.
- Lead initiatives to improve and automate sales processes.
- Serve as a business partner for BPG and LPD ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Lead forecast meetings for LP aligning information with regional and global divisions.
- Prepare consolidated pricing materials for all Life divisions.
- Maintain operational efficiency and support strategic objectives by ensuring timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in EDW and JDE systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in process improvement and automation.
- Ability to lead and manage forecast meetings and align information across different divisions.
