Job Summary
The Provider Outreach Coordinator will focus on growing membership by connecting with BCBAs through social media email text and other digital platforms. This role requires a motivated and personable communicator who can clearly explain program value build relationships and maintain organized follow up. The ideal candidate is tech savvy proactive and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage BCBAs through LinkedIn Facebook and other online platforms
- Communicate membership benefits clearly and persuasively
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective providers
- Track all outreach activity and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and strategy
- Attend occasional industry events or meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in outreach recruiting marketing or provider relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with social media and digital outreach tools
- Organized personable and able to manage follow up effectively
- Interest in behavioral health or ABA is a plus
