What you will do:

Lead technical development and architecture of AI-powered solutions staying close to the code.
Manage mentor and grow a team of software developers across backend frontend and DevOps.
Collaborate with product and design to deliver high-impact features ensuring reliability and performance.

The ideal candidate:

5 years of proven software engineering experience ideally within AI SaaS or automation platforms.
Previous experience in a lead or management role within a startup or scaling tech company.
Strong technical background in AI/ML integration and cloud infrastructure.
