We have funding for 2 x Level 3 Social Workers to join our busy Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A) team in Charnwood. These are permanent full-time positions and would particularly suit experienced Social Workers with a background working with this service user group though applications from other suitable candidates are also welcome.
About the Role
The team is knowledgeable friendly and supportive with a wealth of contacts and experience amongst the extensive LD&A community and provider network within Charnwood. They have weekly Group Supervision Meetings to promote the best possible outcomes for the people we work with. All staff benefit from regular manager supervision manageable workloads and support from specialist teams within the department (such as finance or legal services).
We provide a comprehensive induction package with ongoing access to bespoke learning and development opportunities. This includes tailored continuous professional development sessions; opportunities for supported further qualifications and access to academic research and practice expertise to develop skills experience and inform our employees practice.
