Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an on call per diem Medical Social Worker to join our Emergency Department this role you will deliver short-term services to support patients and families in managing personal financial psychosocial and environmental challenges related to the patients medical or psychiatric conditions by connecting them with valuable community resources. Our Emergency Department and Case Management team are collaborative groups committed to serving our patients and community.

Schedule: Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week; Variable Shift; 24/7 on call

What youll need:

Washington State Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker (LICSW)
Two (2) years recent LCISW experience in health care setting
Minimum two years Social Worker experience in healthcare setting clinical social work in similar setting
Experience in working with specific patient populations that may include but are not limited to: children frail elderly vulnerable adults and patients impacted by mental illness
Previous experience in AIMS collaborative care primary care clinic is a plus
May require valid Washington state drivers license

The base salary range for this position reflects both market competitiveness and the full compensation potential for the role. Individual offers will be determined based on a candidates qualifications and experience beyond the stated minimum most cases compensation will fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
