As a SIC Planning Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will play a pivotal role in maximizing Fab output and ensuring on-time customer delivery commitments. Acting as the control tower for Fab15 you will develop and execute short-term and mid-term production plans that drive operational efficiency and meet aggressive shipment targets. Your primary mission is to balance Max-out objectives NPI sample requirements and TD lots while maintaining optimal line performance.

This position requires strong analytical skills to identify constraints model scenarios and implement strategies that unlock capacity and accelerate throughput. You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain MCT Manufacturing and Engineering teams to align wafer start schedules optimize output plans and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines. Additional responsibilities include leading initiatives for cycle time reduction yield improvement and cost optimization as well as supporting technology transitions and process diversification such as Metallization EUV offload and W2W handling.

You will also develop automation tools to enhance planning accuracy monitor KPIs (pace cycle time delivery adherence) and drive continuous improvement projects that directly impact customer satisfaction and Fab performance. Effective communication and global coordination are essential to achieve maximum output and flawless delivery execution.

• Develop and execute short-term and mid-term production plans to maximize Fab output and meet customer delivery commitments.
• Optimize wafer start schedules output plans and line loading strategies to balance Max-out targets NPI samples and TD lots.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (pace cycle time delivery adherence) and implement corrective actions.
• Identify capacity constraints and apply scenario modeling to improve throughput and efficiency.
