Integration Health is seekingaThoracicSurgeon to do thoracic Normothermic RegionalPerfusion (NRP) andthoracicorgan procurementin central ideal candidate will have experience with thoracic transplantation organpreservationand procurement and NRP. Equally important are the leadership and people skills to work in a group setting be collaborative listen and integrate feedback from others and to manage different teams and stakeholders in the procurement Healthprovides NRP Cardiovascular Perfusion and ECMO Services to>70 facilities in 24 states.

Start Date:January 12026or sooner
Compensation:$500000-$800000 depending on NRP/transplant volume
Schedule: Call is21 days/monthwhich can be broken into twoblocks;remaining time isvacation time(16 weeksa year).Currentvolume is 5-8 NRP/Procurement cases a month but this may increase over responsetime to the facility is two hours.
Qualifications:MustbeABTS Certified (or foreign equivalent)and eligible for Florida experience with thoracic NRP cardiovascular perfusion organ preservation and thoracic organ procurement.
