Join Our Team at Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd!

We are excited to announce an opening for a part-time Housekeeper at Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd! This position is approximately 2430 hours per week with a rotating schedule of 4 days one week and 3 days the nextno weekends! Shifts run from 7:00 AM to approximately 3:00 PM.

Pay: $16.42$20.02 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: This is a benefit-eligible position with the potential to grow into a full-time 40-hour per week role in Spring 2026.

What Youll Do:
As a Housekeeper at LHGS your role is essential to keeping our home clean safe and welcoming for our residents. Your responsibilities include:

Performing cleaning and waste disposal procedures according to facility policy
Assisting with the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment
Reporting any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team
Dispensing housekeeping supplies such as soap and paper
Following infection control procedures within the Housekeeping Department
Learning and covering laundry procedures as needed
