Role: Health Hub Digital Production Lead

A key role in our Health Hub team responsible for receiving work requests and ensuring these are appropriately planned into the build team to be delivered as well as meet our standards and are published on time
The Health Hub team have an ambitious content strategy and this role is key to delivering it
Manages the workflow management tool Wrike for the Health Hub team to ensure it is easy to see where all jobs are in the process to allow for easy reporting to wider stakeholders
Ensuring briefs are acknowledged reviewed and prioritised
Coordinates the delivery of activities on time and to specification will be required to facilitate agreement on priority order if multiple briefs need to be delivered at the same time
Provides quality assurance of the work before it leaves the Health Hub content team for approval by checking that the work meets both the brief and our technical brand and user experience standards
Facilitates sign-off activities within the Health Hub team and chases up approvals where needed to ensure deadlines are met
Experience in working on a website of a similar scale
Extremely organised and experienced in coordinating the delivery of work in a busy environment
Works well with others and will challenge when deadlines or standards are not met
Able to provide clear concise feedback to ensure that other team members are able to action them without further queries
