Job Summary
Bilingual Foreman / Leadman Commercial Sheet Metal
Location: Austin TX (and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday (overtime as needed)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Foreman/Leadman to oversee commercial sheet metal projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills hands-on experience in the trade and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews on commercial sheet metal projects
Coordinate daily tasks schedules and materials
Ensure work is completed safely efficiently and to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and project plans
Maintain quality control and safety compliance at all times
Communicate effectively with project managers contractors and crew members
Train and mentor team members as needed
Qualifications
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Must be dependable and team-oriented
Must have OSHA 10 certification
Must be able to pass drug screening
