Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on strengthening the integrity of our this role you will be responsible for protecting the authenticity of user experiences by developing products that ensure the legitimate use of our applications. You will work at the intersection of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Fraud driving capabilities that enable the company to detect prevent and mitigate abusive usage patterns in real time.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision strategy and roadmap for products that ensure platform integrity.
Collaborate with engineering leads to design secure privacy-conscious systems for signal collection detection and mitigation of unwanted usage patterns.
Partner with User Fraud and other internal teams to align detection evaluation and mitigation capabilities with company-wide integrity objectives.
Prioritize technical investments that enable scalable reliable and real-time integrity enforcement.
Translate complex technical mechanisms into clear product outcomes that support business growth while maintaining user trust.
Build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into IAM and fraud systems.
Set measurable goals define success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine product decisions.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of product management experience with a focus on platform security fraud detection or large-scale infrastructure products.
Proven experience building and scaling backend or data infrastructure including signal collection data pipelines or attestation systems.
Strong ability to manage cross-organizational dependencies and align multiple teams around shared objectives.
Analytical thinker with experience using data to drive strategic product decisions.
Excellent communication skills able to articulate complex technical and strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining structure and direction for new strategic capabilities.

Location: Remote / Regional Offices (Central European & GMT Time Zones)
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice we apply 6 months probationary employment.
