Assistant Manager Redland Bay Hotel
The Redland Bay Hotel is more than just a pub its a local institution famous for its prime waterfront location and vibrant atmosphere spanning food beverage and gaming. Were looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to be the driving force behind our day-to-day success and help us create unforgettable moments for every guest. Rotating roster with nights & weekends 4 day weekend off per month!

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA/RSG RMLV and Approved Managers License as per state requirements
