Wereseeking a motivatedSafety Superintendent withan associate degree in Construction Management or a related field and 30-hour OSHA certification.The right hard-workingSafety Superintendentis in charge ofproviding on-site coordination for all phases of the construction projects and shallbe responsible forscheduling inspections quality control and job site safety.Successful candidates will be able toshare their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm including committing the firmonschedule and cost matters within approved parameters.

WhatYoullDo:

Our newSafety SuperintendentwillEvaluates job hazard analysis reportsand provide safety orientation for subcontractors working on our sites.MCNSafety Superintendents ensure that safety training programsfollowcompany standardsgovernmental laws and regulations and work with supervisors and managers toidentifysafety issues and topics to be addressed.Safety Superintendentsalso keep up to date with the latest issues and methodsregardingsafety accident prevention hazards and other topics.If you are motivated by working efficiently in a fast-paced multi-task environment with multiple project relationships and competing priorities this may be the perfect fit for you.

What You Bring to The Table:

• Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 30-hour OSHA certificationrequired
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite program
• Possess an optimistic and positive attitude
• Must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize organize and complete assigned work
• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels both internal and external
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $85000 $100000 with up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
